Wedding Receptions (unrestricted use of facilities all day) £400.00

Local reduction: For one-off bookings by residents in Wonston Parish (Sutton Scotney, Wonston, Stoke Charity, Hunton & Norton) a 10% reduction exists on all the above charges - rounded off.  Wedding receptions £300.00

Special Rates for village voluntary organisations with block bookings (junior groups in brackets) :

Main Hall £8.50 (£5.00)
Meeting Room £7.00 (£4.00)
Committee Room £5.50
Coffee Mornings (Foyer) £15.00

Hire of tables and chairs: £2 per large table and £1 per small table for 24 hours; 50p per chair for 24 hours

Deposits and Damages

A non-returnable deposit of:

£15 is required for all bookings up to £50

£35 for bookings up to £100

£150 for a wedding reception or other whole day booking of all facilities

An additional security retainer of £50/£100 may be required in relation to any loss or damage. This will be repaid in full if the Hall is left in good order.
